The Stay Strong, Stay Healthy program is an evidence-based program that has been shown to increase strength, balance, and flexibility. It’s a great option for older adults who want to improve their health and well-being.

The program includes warm-up exercises, easy strengthening exercises, and cool-down stretches and breathing exercises. Participants work at their own pace and progress as they are able. There are modifications to the exercises based on individual fitness levels. Highlights of the Program:

- Working people can attend classes at 4pm
