Fitness Goals: Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia Takes On New Challenges

Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia has taken her fitness game to the next level, with a renewed focus on rigorous workouts that have become a staple of her regime.

From Reality TV to Film

The actress, who rose to fame through the reality competition program, has continued to challenge herself with intense training sessions.

  • Nimrit is going back to the intense training she took up during and before the filming of the show “Khatron Ke Khiladi”, including kickboxing, agility, strength, and an intermediate level of MMA.
  • Speaking about her mindset for the coming year, Nimrit shares, “Fitness, for me, has always been about challenging myself. Khatron Ke Khiladi pushed me to break my own boundaries, and I want to carry that spirit forward.”

Setting New Goals

The actress has set ambitious goals for herself, including hitting 100 kg deadlift and bodyweight squats, a feat she claims will be a major milestone.

  1. She also wants to incorporate Pilates into her routine to further improve her flexibility and strength.
  2. Nimrit added, “The fitness regime I followed for KKK was intense and I’m using that knowledge to reconnect to a disciplined approach. I want to go back to this regime and excel further at that.”

A New Film Project

Nimrit will be seen in ‘Shaunki Sardar’ starring Guru Randhawa, a film that promises an energetic and action-packed experience.
